Carrier decisions

UPS, FedEx and other carriers apply their own rules, agreements, waivers, deadlines and validation processes. A carrier may accept, reduce or reject a claim, dispute or credit request. Carrier guarantee programs, covered services and filing rules may also change, be modified or be suspended; eligibility is assessed against the terms applicable to the relevant shipment and account.

Commercial terms

Fees, success definitions, data access, claim-handling responsibilities, payment mechanics and other binding service terms are governed only by a separate written agreement with the client.

UPS® and FedEx® are trademarks of their respective owners. ParcelCredits is not affiliated with or endorsed by either carrier unless expressly stated otherwise.
